US Postal Service Cuts To First-Class Mail

So we've all been hearing about this for a while, but until now it's just been talk.

Staring bankruptcy in the face, the U.S. Postal Service is moving forward with cust to first-class mail! Come the spring, first-class mail delivery will be slowed, and, for the first time in forty years, wipe out the chance for next day delivery of stamped letters.

The estimated reductions are $3 billion dollars and is part of their effort to save money and cut costs, all the while, see no immediate assistance from Congress.
